20th International Island Classic
Come and celebrate the Australian Motorcycle News 20th International Island Classic on Australia Day weekend at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.
This is 3 days of fantastic racing action from the 25th – 27th January which is not to be missed. The Island Classic has grown into the most prestigious historic racing festival in Australia and ranks as the third largest motorcycle event in the nation. With representation from the United Kingdom, New Zealand and for the first time this year the USA, this is truly a world class event.
Two decades of the International Island Classic will be celebrated with a special 20th Anniversary Dinner to be held on Saturday 26th January. In attendance will be multiple World Champion Grand Prix motorcycle racer Giacomo Agostini as patron. Famed motorcycle journalist Alan Cathcart will conduct an in depth interview with Ago. Giacomo will also be making a special appearance and autograph signing in the popular Club Classic Corporate Facility.
Enjoying the on-track action in our world class function room overlooking Gardner Straight and Pit Lane is a perfect way for patrons to wine, dine and relax. Patrons can also enjoy full access to the GP paddock and garages where you can get up close to all the action. Motorcycle champions from past and present from all over the world unite at the famous Phillip Island Circuit, so you never know who you might bump into!

Camping is available for the 2013 event. Located in the Visitor Centre Gardens, just a short stroll away from the Paddock, campers can relax with good company from Thursday through to Monday morning. The Campground is situated close to the popular ‘licenced’ Champions Café and will be open for breakfast on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
