Owners and hosts Madeleine and Ian Baker created Glen Isla House as a small luxury hotel-style retreat in grand European country-house style to offer heritage accommodations quite unique on Phillip Island.
Accommodations offered include the historic & authentic four-poster Anderson Heritage Suite with log-fire & spa, six elegant purpose-architected en-suited Classic Deluxe guest rooms with heritage garden vistas from their deck veranda, and the self-cater 2-storey Gate Cottage with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. All accommodations feature separate entrances for privacy, reverse cycle air-conditioning, LCD televisions and DVD players.
Glen Isla is close driving distance to the Phillip Island Nature Park (little penguins, koalas & seals).
Special cooked breakfast for B&B guests served most days (resident professional chefs) at individual table settings in the grand dining room overlooking the heritage gardens. Fresh regional produce and herbs from the house kitchen garden feature on our breakfast menus. There are café’s nearby for breakfast should the kitchen at Glen Isla be closed on a particular day.
