Jayco Herald Sun Tour

Wednesday January 30 2019 1:30 pm - Wednesday January 30 2019 4:00 pm

Now in its 66th edition, the Jayco Herald Sun Tour is Australia’s oldest professional stage race.

It is one of Australia’s heritage sporting events, supported and revered by generations of Victorians.

Racing kicks off for the women at the world-famous Phillip Island Circuit. Home to the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and the Australian round of the Superbike World Championships, the circuit will play host to a different type of bike come January 30.

A super smooth surface will see some very fast racing from men, however the potential for strong winds off the Bass Coast blowing straight across the circuit could see the race split up.

A day for the sprinters.
