Cowes Retreat is a modern three-bedroom holiday house, within a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the main shopping and dining precinct of Cowes, Phillip Island. It is open plan with a full kitchen, 6 seat dining table, lounge area with TV, DVD and stereo, bathroom with bath and patio area with outdoor setting and BBQ. The property is fully fenced with parking for boats behind secure gates. The property is very private making it ideal for families and couples.
This property is ideally located within 300m of the beach and township of Cowes. Pets permitted inside and outside in fenced yard for additional cost.
