Newhaven College

Information

Founded in 1980, Newhaven College is an independent, ecumenical and co-educational school catering to students from Prep to Year 12. Over 900 students are distributed between three sub-schools: Junior School (Prep-Year 4), Middle School (Year 5-8) and Senior School (Year 9-12).

An education at Newhaven College is all about hands-on sensory learning experiences. Teachers are passionate about being in the room, and actively engaging with students. Each student is nurtured academically, physically and emotionally. This approach helps children build a foundation of inner confidence and respect to ground them through adult life. Being an independent school, Newhaven College decides how best to arrange programs and carve a fresh path depending on the needs of students.
