Ripples 'n' Tonic Farmstay are fully self-contained cottages purpose-built for wheelchair access. The cottages are spacious, private, accessible by mobility aids, contain accessible full kitchens, washing machine, step-less shower base, private undercover communal barbecue and outdoor area.

Set on 15 acres near Ventnor Beach, with farm animals such as horses, sheep, cattle, alpacas, goats, pigs, and chickens. The farmstay also has an edible garden and an orchard.

Cottages are one, two and three-bedroom. There is also a two-bedroom Shearers' Retreat with wood heater. The property is family and pet-friendly.

Facilities include a four-person outdoor spa, full-size in-ground trampoline, outdoor table tennis table, large playground, communal kitchen gathering and barbecue area and large grassed space surrounding the cottages. You can also enjoy the outdoor fire-pit and our wood-fired pizza oven. Enjoy the open fire under the night sky and stars.

Ripples n Tonic runs a farm tour each morning at 9:00am. Please join in and help to hand feed the friendly farm animals. The tour takes approximately 1.5 hours.
